The Haunted House Party Cash Raffle
Saturday 31 October 2026, live in Chatter HQ with Nelson and Lea. Run by Chatter Social Inc. ("Chatter").
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind, including Fuel, rockets or Chatter Pro, will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Chatter Social Inc., 10411 Motor City Dr #350, Bethesda, MD ("Chatter"). This is a free sweepstakes. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors and are not involved in any way.
2. Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and hold a Chatter account in good standing. Employees and contractors of Chatter, the hosts, and their immediate families and households cannot enter.
3. Entry period
From when these rules are posted until Saturday 31 October 2026 at 7:45 pm ET.
4. How to enter
Tap "I'm going" on The Haunted House Party in the Chatter app, or save a seat at chattersocial.io/hq and sign in to Chatter with that seat before the draw. Each person gets one seat number, and one seat is one entry. One seat per person; entries from extra or automated accounts are void.
5. The draw
On Saturday 31 October 2026 at about 9:00 pm ET, Chatter selects one seat at random from all eligible entries whose holder is in the Chatter HQ room on Chatter at that moment. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
6. Prize
One cash prize. The amount is announced live during the party and will be no more than $500. Paid by PayPal, Venmo or check, the winner's choice, within 30 days of verification. No substitution or transfer.
7. Winner
Announced live by seat number and Chatter username, then told by a message from @Chatter and by email. The winner must reply within 72 hours and may be asked to sign a statement of eligibility; otherwise the prize is forfeited and another seat is drawn from the same list.
8. Taxes
The winner pays any taxes. A prize of $600 or more needs a Form W-9 and is reported on Form 1099.
9. General
Chatter may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries or uses more than one account, and may cancel or change the raffle if it cannot run as planned. Entry details are handled under the Chatter Privacy Policy. For the winner's username after 7 November 2026, write to support@chattersocial.io.
